Regenesis by Pangea Movement is a project focused on transforming recycled materials into high-quality eyewear.
For their presence at MIDO (Milan) and SILMO (Paris), the objective was to translate this vision into a physical exhibition space — without compromising on design or environmental integrity.
The Challenge
The project required balancing two critical aspects:
- delivering a visually impactful exhibition stand
- adhering strictly to sustainability principles
All materials had to be recycled or recyclable, while maintaining high standards in terms of finish, durability, and overall presentation.
In addition, the stand needed to be replicated across two major international exhibitions, ensuring consistency in both execution and visual identity.
Our Approach
Working closely with the designer, we translated the creative concept into a buildable and scalable solution.
The process focused on:
- careful selection and handling of sustainable materials
- adaptation of design elements for efficient production and transport
- coordination of production and logistics across multiple locations
- maintaining consistency across both Milan and Paris installations
Every element was developed to respect both the aesthetic vision and the environmental objectives of the project.
Execution & Delivery
We managed production and installation across both events, ensuring smooth execution in two different countries within tight exhibition timelines.
The stand was reproduced consistently in each location, maintaining the same design integrity and build quality.
The Result
The final result combined strong visual identity with a clear sustainability message.
The stand delivered a clean, refined presence aligned with the brand’s values, while maintaining high execution standards across both exhibitions.
